Zhejiang Repu Industrial achieves five tons of coal savings per day through heat recovery
Zhejiang Ruipu Industrial Co., Ltd. is a company specializing in the production of synthetic leather. Since synthetic leather products or semi-finished products need to be dried, the heating source of the drying equipment comes from the heat transferred from the boiler after heating. On the one hand, the large amount of heat generated when the flue gas is emitted is not effectively used. On the other hand, the enterprise has to consume 35 tons of coal per day for the heating boiler.
Can we absorb waste heat through any equipment and reuse the absorbed heat in the company's heating system to re-use it, not only turning waste into treasure, but also reducing coal consumption? The company learned through multiple parties that it spent more than two million yuan in March this year to buy two waste heat recovery heaters and related equipment from Shanghai to absorb the heat generated by the boiler. As the waste heat recovery heater absorbs heat, the temperature of the water vapor inside it can reach more than 100 degrees, and the generated heat can be incorporated into the enterprise heating system. Enterprises can burn 5 tons less coal per day, saving 3,500 yuan in cost.
It is reported that from January to May of this year, Zhejiang Rip Industrial Co., Ltd.'s industrial output value increased by nearly 20% compared with the same period of last year, while energy consumption per million yuan decreased by 14.16% year-on-year.
