Qingling Automobile: Two Automatic Commercial Vehicles Will Be Listed at the End of the Year
The history of domestic auto vehicles and off-road commercial vehicles has not been broken. On June 11th, Qingling Motors announced at the Chongqing Auto Show that the two vehicles developed by the company will be available at the end of this year, and the price will be more than 20% cheaper than similar models imported from China.
The automatic transmission is generally matched with a car. At present, there is no domestic manufacturer of automatic transmission commercial vehicles. To this end, Fan Jingyou, deputy general manager of Qingling Automobile, revealed that the company and Japan’s Isuzu have jointly developed a commercial vehicle automatic transmission that can be matched with Qingling commercial vehicles. It is said that such automatic commercial vehicles will be mainly used for airport service vehicles, such as food delivery vehicles, garbage collection vehicles, charging vehicles, water trucks, gangway vehicles and so on.
Fan Youyi also said that Qingling also organized the development of a four-wheel drive off-road commercial vehicle. Allegedly, this off-road commercial vehicle has strong grip, strong horsepower, good chassis passability, tight body and engine tightness, and is very suitable for use in desert areas, while the price is only one-third of that of imported products. In the future, such vehicles will be provided for use in petroleum, geological exploration and special sectors, as well as for export.
