This document will serve as a guiding framework for adjusting the industrial structure and deepening reforms in line with the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" Special Development Plan for the province’s equipment manufacturing sector. Concrete measures will focus on enhancing technological capabilities, promoting industrial modernization, and encouraging collaboration between local enterprises and international giants.
