On the afternoon of May 10 , two 800- ton gantry cranes at the Lingang Shipbuilding and Repairing Base successfully carried out the two-vehicle hoisting, and a large total component section with a total weight of more than 900 tons was firmly put in place. After the large-scale combined component of the two-vehicle hoist is applied to the ship, the segments that were originally divided into multiple mounts are combined and mounted, which will greatly improve the loading speed of the ship and shorten the docking period. Tianjin Xingang Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. has achieved new breakthroughs in ship loading technology.
The total component section of the two-car gantry cranes for the two-car gantry crane is the cabin section of the No. 8 ship of the 7000-tonne M-type container heavy-lift ship exported to Germany, which is composed of 13 sections. The weight is more than 900 tons.
