The process route adopted by Shanxi Coking's 200,000-ton/year coke-oven gas with water gas and hydrogen production for releasing hydrogen to release hydrogen gas is a domestic initiative. The technical personnel first transformed the blower gas recovery device, the pre-cooling system, and the converted gas-liquid separator, installed an on-line soot blowing device, a soot blower, and a dust collector, which fundamentally solved the problem of ash accumulation and improved the heat exchange efficiency. They also converted oxygen distributors to central tubular metal burners to shorten the replacement cycle and reduce the number of stoppages caused by the replacement of burners in the converter.
