The design targets have solved the technical problems of low recovery rate of xylene products and unstable process operation since the car was started, and the xylene recovery rate has increased by 0.5% compared with that before the transformation. Because the dehydration pipelines of three 3,000-m3 crude benzene raw material tanks are relatively coarse, the dewatering valves are difficult to control. When the crude benzene is dehydrated, especially when it is dehydrated to the water-benzene interface, the appearance of benzene and sewage is not easy to distinguish and can easily cause a large amount of benzene loss. .
