The air filled the oil pump chamber, so that the engine could not be supplied with oil and the engine was turned off. The injector was removed and replaced. After the new nozzle is installed, the vehicle is started and everything is normal. Put the oil pump back on the test bench and remove the speed control spring to directly test the idling oil supply. As a result, it was found that there was still no way to cut off the oil at idle speed. The problem is very clear, that is, there is a problem with the speed cradle assembly. So change the new speed cradle assembly. According to the technical specifications of the commissioning pump, idling fuel cut sensitive, all technical parameters have reached the required requirements.
