Only using wastewater to wash ammonia can meet the process requirements, saving a lot of soft water, environmental protection, water quality has undergone tremendous changes, from the treatment of residual ammonia, ammoniated wastewater, part of ammonia-rich water and sporadic wastewater to now only treat steamed ammonia wastewater and sporadic wastewater, saving Diluted water, reduced external drainage, annual environmental protection benefits of more than 3 million yuan lost more than 30,000 yuan (according to the current production capacity), the cost of tons of coke increased by 30 to 60 yuan, making the production of enterprises into an extremely unfavorable passive situation. In order to make full use of the precious gas as a valuable resource, after repeated investigation and demonstration, the Cangzhou Coking Plant has successfully developed the self-discharged gas into the direct-fired generator set to generate electricity, which not only overcomes the high investment, long cycle and low return rate of steam power generation. The shortcomings, but also can create good economic and social benefits. 2 Technical solutions analysis demonstrates the use of gas combustion to release energy for work. The traditional method is to use steam turbines or gas turbines to generate electricity. The initial investment of these two schemes is relatively high (generally 6800~7000 yuan/kW). At the same time, the thermal efficiency of steam turbines is low (generally 20%), while the thermal efficiency of gas turbines is relatively high (about 40%), but its operation and maintenance The cost is very high. It uses the direct-fired gas generator set to generate electricity. The power generation efficiency can reach 40% (that is, 0l6m3 coking gas can generate 1kW.h), and the initial investment of equipment is also low, which is 250å±®3000 yuan/kW. The use of 12V190-500 diesel engine for retrofitting, due to the use of jet intake and in-cylinder aeration process, effectively solve the problem of high gas hydrogen content (50~60%) combustion "shooting". The application of coking gas is still the first in China (the gas turbines of other manufacturers are all externally mixed gas). The self-supplied power station system of the Cangzhou Coking Plant is the main engine. After the unit is put into operation, the cost per ton of coke is greatly reduced. To find a good way out for the use of surplus gas from coking gas supply manufacturers, there will be extremely broad development prospects in energy conservation and environmental protection. 3 Direct combustion coke oven gas power generation technology is in the research and trial stage. In China, there are only a few cases where coke oven gas does not undergo intermediate conversion and direct combustion to drive the generator, and gas turbines are used to generate electricity. However, gas turbine power generation equipment investment and operation management costs are high, and the unit capacity is not suitable for medium and small. Coking enterprises have low methane content in coke oven gas and high hydrogen content. Therefore, the unit used for external gas mixing on natural gas cannot run on coke oven gas. The "direct-fired coke oven gas power generation technology" is not only applicable to coke oven gas, but also widely used in gas fields such as natural gas, mine gas, biogas, straw gas, blast furnace gas, etc. This technology adopts the US imported ignition system, using jet air intake. The new process of mixing air in the cylinder and reasonable gas pressure and voltage regulation, setting up a simple and efficient desulfurization oil-water separation, cooling cycle and other devices, realizing the automatic parallel and substation between the generator sets and the commercial power. In addition to the power distribution and a variety of protection functions, the system is also equipped with a self-designed muffler outside, greatly improving the surrounding environment.

4 Operation effect and benefit analysis According to the needs of production scale and the characteristics of power generation and self-use, the generator set operated by the above principle is installed in the self-supplied power station of Cangzhou Coking Plant. The first unit of the project was put into operation in 1998 in Zhangzhou Coking Plant, and the second unit was put into operation in 1999, including the test time.
