According to Hu Gang, Director of Anhui Agricultural Machinery Bureau, in 2016, the total power of Anhui's agricultural machinery was 68.67 million kilowatts, the province’s agricultural crops harvested an overall mechanization level of 73.5%, and the province had 8509 agricultural social service organizations of various types. The total service revenue was 58.56 billion yuan. Hu Gang said that Anhui will rely on agricultural machinery cooperatives this year and will focus on building 100 comprehensive agricultural service centers, and will be included in the 2017 agricultural machinery industry development project, giving each center a construction grant of 50,000 yuan to 200,000 yuan. The full-scale agricultural service center integrates advanced technology promotion and application, agricultural product display and sales, agricultural machinery operation information release, farm machinery maintenance and storage, and agricultural machinery personnel training management. It is a demonstration platform for the integration of agricultural machinery, agriculture, and rural areas.

At the same time, Anhui will actively explore the implementation of large-scale agricultural machinery and equipment financing lease pilots, straw subsidies for the operation of the pilot, etc., to play a combination of policy support boxing. We will increase the intensity of the trials of subsidies for scrapping and renewing agricultural machinery and speed up the elimination of old agricultural machinery with high energy consumption, heavy pollution, and insecurity.
