The agreement is clear, CRRC Group will take Sichuan Province as an important area for its “13th Five-Year Plan†period and even longer development, actively open up cooperation channels, expand cooperation areas, and provide support for the leading development of Sichuan rail transit industry. The two sides will jointly build the Western Strategic Base of CRRC Group, promote the scientific layout of high-speed EMUs, intercity EMUs, urban rail subways, and trams, and carry out rail transit projects and rail transit equipment supporting mechanical and electrical equipment manufacturing maintenance services. Cooperation in the four major sectors of railway and rail transit business, urban infrastructure business, new industry business and service business.
At the same time, the existing infrastructure and resources will be fully utilized, and the new infrastructure business represented by new energy, new energy vehicles and sewage treatment will be used for the urban infrastructure business represented by general contracting of the project, and the service business represented by logistics and finance will be carried out.
