Copper Wire Granulator Processing Procedures:
  1. Wires and cables are fed into the crusher, where they are broken down and the plastic sheath is separated from the copper. The size of the crushed material depends on the mesh size of the sieve—larger mesh results in longer pieces and higher output. The appropriate mesh should be selected based on the type of material being processed.
  2. The crushed mixture of copper granules and plastic pieces is transported to the separator via a conveyor. During this process, dust and lightweight plastic particles (such as fibers, ropes, or tapes) are collected by the pressure-reducing blower. This blower is connected to the dust collector, which uses a dust collection bag to prevent environmental pollution. When the bag is full, the dust and lightweight plastics are discharged.
  3. The separator is used to separate plastic pieces from copper granules. Based on differences in physical properties and specific gravity, the materials move differently under the influence of aerodynamic forces and vibration friction. By adjusting the conveying speed and amplitude, heavier copper granules move to the bottom of the sieve, while lighter plastic pieces move to the top. Both are eventually discharged through separate openings.
  4. All components are mounted on the underbed to form a compact unit. The machine is pre-adjusted for production before shipping, so the customer only needs to connect it to a power supply.
