1. Machine Bed: The casting body is made from gray iron HT-300, with internal stresses eliminated through artificial and vibration aging treatments. This ensures excellent stability and precision during machining.

2. Transmission Shaft: Made from advanced HT-300 iron casting, providing high rigidity and durability for long-term use.

3. Lead Screw: C3-grade pre-tensioned ball screws are used to ensure accurate positioning and consistent performance.

 

4. Linear Guide Rails: P4-grade linear guide rails are installed for all three axes, offering high-speed motion and superior accuracy.

5. Spindle Motor: High-quality motors ensure stable performance at both high and low speeds, supporting heavy and light cutting operations effectively.

 

6. Electrical Cabinet: Equipped with a heat exchanger to maintain system stability. The cabinet is also designed to be resistant to heat, oil, and water.

 

7. Lubrication System: An automatic centralized lubrication system ensures timely and accurate lubrication, allowing continuous and reliable machine operation.

 

8. Controller: Advanced FANUC or Mitsubishi controllers are available for optimal control and performance.
