This machine is equipped with a CNC controller and driven by servo motors, making it ideal for turning cylindrical and taper faces, boring, grooving, and cutting threads (including taper threads). It utilizes ISO International code, allowing manual data input via the keyboard. The machine also features power cut-off protection, automatic diagnosis, and an RS232 interface for seamless communication.

 

A power turret for live tools can be customized according to your specific needs, enabling more complex turning and milling operations within a single machine. This flexibility makes the LS-40 a highly versatile choice for various machining applications.

 

LS-40 Twin Spindle CNC Lathe Characteristics:

1. Machine Bed: The casting body of the LS-40 is made from gray iron HT-300, with internal stress eliminated through artificial and vibration aging treatments. This ensures high accuracy and stability during machining.

2. Transmission Shaft: The transmission shafts are made from advanced HT-300 cast iron, offering high rigidity and stability for long-term performance.

3. Lead Screw: The LS-40 uses C3 grade pre-tensioned ball screws to ensure precise positioning and accurate machining results.

4. Linear Guide Rails: P4 grade linear guide rails are installed on all three axes, providing high-speed motion and superior precision.

5. Spindle Motor: High-quality motors ensure stable performance at both high and low speeds, suitable for light or heavy cutting operations.

6. Electrical Cabinet: A heat exchanger is included in the electrical cabinet to maintain system stability. The cabinet is designed to be resistant to heat, oil, and water.

7. Lubrication System: The Automatic Centralized Lubrication System provides timely and accurate lubrication based on the machine's condition, ensuring continuous operation without downtime.

8. Controller: Equipped with an advanced FANUC/Mitsubishi controller for reliable and efficient performance.
