The project has a total investment of 4 billion yuan, mainly including four major workshops, such as stamping, welding, painting and final assembly, as well as engines, power batteries and parts production lines. Usually, the whole vehicle project takes two or three years from construction to production, and the project started from March this year to the first car, less than 10 months.
According to reports, the new energy vehicles that Meiyang Company has launched offline are new models independently developed by the company. The designed cruising range can reach 220 kilometers and the maximum speed can reach 120 kilometers.
In recent years, Fuyang City has proposed to build the industrial development goal of “the capital of new energy vehiclesâ€. It has gathered vehicle manufacturers such as Dongfeng, Meiyang and Yazhi, as well as power battery companies such as camel, national energy and lions to attract new energy vehicles. The investment of the project is over 20 billion yuan, and the planned production capacity of the whole vehicle is 1 million.
