[ China Agricultural Machinery Industry News ] Support and protection of agriculture is an important institutional arrangement for accelerating the development of modern agriculture and promoting agricultural modernization. To understand the extent and evaluation of the peasants’ opinions on the Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Several Issues on Promoting the Structural Reform of Agricultural Supply Side and Accelerating the Development of New Momentum of Agricultural and Rural Development (referred to as “No. 1 Documentâ€) In terms of rural development concerns, the Harbin Investigation Team of the National Bureau of Statistics conducted a questionnaire survey of 44 farmers.
The results show that farmers know more than 60% of the “No. 1 Documentâ€, and more than 90% of the farmers are encouraged and support the government's agricultural development policy.
Harbin: Improve the attention of the agricultural subsidy system by 40.9%
The respondents included 44 farmers in Daoli, Daowai, Nangang, Songbei, Xiangfang District and Wuchang City. Among them: 3 cooperative operators, 4 large grain farmers, 8 village cadres, and 29 ordinary farmers. More than 60% of the farmers said they knew the "No. 1 Document". According to the survey results, 68% of the respondents expressed their understanding of the “No. 1 Documentâ€; 32% of the respondents indicated that they did not understand. However, only 18% of the respondents who said that they said that they were all and most of them understood that it should be strengthened in the promotion of “No. 1 Document†to make more farmers aware of the policy.
Among the 33 aspects involved in the “No. 1 Documentâ€, farmers are mainly concerned with improving the attention of the agricultural subsidy system by 40.9%, further improving the fineness of the agricultural subsidy policy, and further promoting the reform of the “three subsidies†system for agriculture.
Vigorously develop the rural leisure tourism industry accounted for 31.8%, give full play to the unique advantages of various types of material and non-material resources in rural areas, and use tourism, ecology and other models to promote the deep integration of agriculture, forestry and tourism, education, culture and other industries. Improve the basic public service level in rural areas by 27.2%, comprehensively implement urban-rural integration, continue to raise the level of basic medical insurance financing for urban and rural residents, accelerate the integration of urban and rural residents' medical insurance system, and improve the scientific and rational determination of rural minimum living standards. It has also received much attention to expand and strengthen the characteristic industries and continue to strengthen the farmland infrastructure.
