Most of the mine maps are horizontal projections. The general steps for manually drawing such mine maps are as follows:

(1) drawing square grid

The basic mine map should be drawn on high quality original drawings or polyester film. Before drawing, first make a coordinate grid and a profile line. After checking the pass, the line is inked.

(2) with a pencil drawing

Firstly, according to the measurement data, the measurement control points and feature points or the contours of the roadway and the diverticulum are displayed; then the contour of the working surface and the position of the damper, fireproof enclosure, water barrier wall, fire gate, etc. are displayed according to other mining materials; the geological data plotting drilling, surface cross-line fault, outcrop coal seam lines and other boundary line, and the seam angle, coal thickness, columnar small seam like; according to the measured data mining engineering, plotting damper, fire sealed compartment The location of water walls, fire gates, etc. and other content.

(3) coloring ink

Generally, it is first applied after coloring. First paint the ground buildings, underground roadways, etc., use ink to draw lines, write and note; then use different colors to draw other content according to the legend. For the mining face, the ink line and annotation are generally drawn first, and the boundaries of the gob are circled with various annual colors.

(4) drawing box and drawing

After coloring, inking, writing, and annotation, the final inspection should be performed. After confirming that there are no errors or omissions, you can draw the box and the drawing.

When drawing with a matte polyester film, a rigid drawing tool should be selected or made, and the ink with strong adsorption force should be selected for inking. In the drawing process, if there is a phenomenon such as running a line, drawing a mistake, etc., stop the pen immediately, use the blade to gently scrape the wrong ink, and the scratched part is generally shallow, and the drawing can be continued.
