According to the Beijing Small Bus Indicators Office, as of 4:00 pm on October 8, 2016, the Small Bus Indicators Office received a total of 11,864 applications for the demonstration and application of new energy passenger car configuration indicators, and 1773 enterprises and institutions. According to the regulations, there are 6 applications for new energy indicators each year, and the application for October is the fifth period. However, the statistics of Beiqing Daily reporters found that the application for personal new energy indicators has been exhausted this year. Of the 16,759 applicants applying the new energy indicators approved in the previous period, 3,299 applicants need to wait for allocation. The 11864 people who applied for and confirmed the extension in this period will be lined up next year. This means that over 10,000 people will have to wait until next year to rank new energy targets.
For ordinary cars, as of 4:00 pm on October 8, 2016, the Small Bus Indicators Office received a total of 2,718,977 applications for the application and confirmation of extensions of the ordinary passenger cars, which was 30,000 more than the previous one. According to statistics, in the previous period, about 734 people grabbed an indicator, and it is expected that the difficulty of winning the ordinary passenger car index in this period will hit a record high. From the same day, the residence permit replaces the temporary residence permit as the review condition for the individual application of the allocation indicator.
