The Wire Paying-out Machine CFX-8060 is designed for efficient and precise wire handling in industrial applications. The spindle hole is precisely machined using a boring machine, enhancing durability and performance.
Equipped with a 4kW brand reducer motor and frequency converter, this machine offers controlled wire release speed—up to 2m/s—with a maximum wire diameter of 25mm. The electric lifting pay-off reel is managed by upper and lower limit controls, while manual operation is used for loading and unloading the reels.
The tension pulley system consists of an upper set with 3 wheels and a lower set with 2 wheels, with diameters ranging from 250–500mm. This setup ensures smooth and consistent wire movement during operation. A velocity feedback mechanism is also integrated: as the computer stripping machine works, the tension pulley moves, driving a potentiometer through a sprocket wheel. This potentiometer sends signals back to the inverter, synchronizing the pay-off motor speed with the stripping machine.
For tension adjustment, users can add or remove balancing weights on the chain, allowing for flexible control based on wire specifications. The tension bracket has a total height of 2000mm, making it easy to coil the wire efficiently.
