The cutter compactor generates frictional heat during the compaction process, helping to dry and remove moisture from the flakes. These recycled pellets can be used in extrusion processes either as 100% replacement or mixed with virgin materials to cut costs. Quality can further be enhanced by direct dosing of masterbatch and additives.
