1. Application

TSE-75 Co-rotation twin screw plastic extruder is suitable for various masterbatch and compounds

Intensified Compounds: PP/PA/PBT/ABS/AS/PC/POM/PPS/ET + glass fiber, carbon fiber, etc; Filling Masterbatch: PE/PP /EVA + Caco3, Talc, Tio2, Carbon black, etc; Color masterbartch: PE/ABS/PS/EVA/PET/PP+ pigment, etc; Other materials : TPR/TPE/TPU/EVA/PVC Various Cables: HDPE/LDPE/LLPE/EVA/ PVC/PP etc.




2. Features
  • The screw is made of high tool steel 38 CrMoALA or W6Mo5Cr4V2 by special heat-treatment, which is possessed with high corrosion-resistat and high functions
  • Euro-style rectangle barrel, reflux refrigeration channel is optimized and disposed, which makes temperature difference in D areas smaller.
  • Innovated design of heater tightened style insures high efficiency of heat transfer and high longevity of heater.
  • The material is used high quality nitrided steel, corrosion proof or antifriction with corresponding process.
