4 When using ore-free shipping equipment for mining, a safety gear should be installed at the slippery exit . The height of the gear should be 2/5 to 1/2 of the height of the equipment tire .
2. The discharge of electric rafts shall meet the following requirements:
A scraper suitable for medium production capacity stope, 500mm or less of lump ore stope ore;

5 When using electric shovel to mine, the electric shovel should have independent inlet and return air passages; the direction of shovel transportation should be opposite to the direction of airflow; the communication road between electric shovel should be located on the air inlet side, and It should be placed on the side or rear of the electric winch chamber.
Third, the vibration discharge machine mining should meet the following requirements:
1 The vibrating ore concentrating machine should be used for the stope and the runoff of the bottom structure of the funnel and the trench;
2 The parameters of the vibrating and concentrating machine and the geometric parameters of the vibrating table shall be calculated and determined according to the physical and mechanical properties of the ore, the natural repose angle of the ore, the ore cohesiveness, the maximum blockiness, the amount of ore discharged, and the ore transportation equipment;
3 The inclination angle of the vibrating ore concentrating machine should be 10° to 20° . When the ore fluidity is good, it should take a small value. When the ore fluidity is not good, it should take a large value;
4 The height of the lower end of the vibrating ore concentrating machine and the top surface of the mine car should not be lower than 200mm .

The mold cavities and gate system are created by compacting the sand around models, or patterns, or carved directly into the sand.

Basic process

 There are six steps in this process:

 1.Place a pattern in sand to create a mold.

 2.Incorporate the pattern and sand in a gating system.

 3.Remove the pattern.

 4.Fill the mold cavity with molten metal.

 5.Allow the metal to cool.

 6.Break away the sand mold and remove the casting.
