Immersion heaters must be installed by skilled operators in accordance with the instructions for use, relevant specifications and details.

Depending on the operating position of the heater (vertical or horizontal), a suitable mounting structure heater should be selected to avoid installation on vibrating supports.
3.1 Note: The heating zone must be fully immersed in the liquid before turning on the power.
3.2 Heat Selection The heater selection depends on the flow speed of the medium and the temperature difference. To avoid overheating of the medium, heaters with the minimum number of heating elements and the lowest surface load should be selected.

1) Periodically clean the heater according to the actual working mode and the degree of contamination of the fluid. A suitable cleaning solution can be used to flush the sludge deposits, and the solid deposits in the interior of the element or recesses should be removed by removing the heating element combination. In order to avoid damage to the heating elements or heater recesses, proper solvent cleaning should be used.
2) Only the side of the tube of the heating element group can be cleaned with liquid cleaners or solvents.
3) After cleaning the heater, reassemble the heater in the reverse order of the above procedure, replace the new flange gasket, and inspect the heating element.
4. Troubleshooting and maintenance 4.1 heating power is too low, the heating temperature is too low:
1) Check the heating element and circuit 2) Check the function and setting of the temperature regulator 3) Clean the heating element group 4.2 The heating power is normal and the heating temperature is too high:

Check the function and setting of the temperature regulator 4.3 Insulation resistance of the heater to ground is low 1) Check the wiring device for any sundries 2) Check whether the heater is damp 3) Check whether the cable is damaged 5 Replace the heating element 1. Turn off the power 2. Heater pressure unloading 3. Remove the heating element group;
4. Loosen the nut and pull out the heating element;
5. Install the new heating element in the reverse order. Install the wrench with a wrench to prevent the heating element from being damaged.
