Our small copper cable granulator is specifically designed for the efficient recycling of various types of scrap communication wires and cables, including copper wire, aluminum wire, telephone wire, USB wire, computer wire, waste automobile wire, and other miscellaneous wires with diameters ranging from 0.2 to 20 mm. The machine ensures a copper separation rate of over 95%, making it an ideal choice for recycling operations.
This granulator can process both single-core, double-core, and multi-core cables, whether they are twisted, tangled, or have plugs. It is particularly effective for double-core and multi-core cables with a maximum diameter of 20 mm, while single-core wires require a minimum diameter of 0.2 mm.
The small copper cable granulator consists of several key components: a grinding host machine, an air flow sorting and collecting system, a shaking mechanism, and a final dust collection bag or cyclone. This combination structure allows for dry processing without the use of water, making it an environmentally friendly solution for recycling scrap copper wires.
The production line includes the following stages:
1. Pre-shredder – rough crushing of raw materials before the second stage of crushing.
2. Second Crushing – critical step where the material is reduced to smaller pieces (3-5 mm) for further processing.
3. Copper and Plastic Separation – utilizes air and vibration to separate copper from plastic efficiently.
4. Dust Collection System – specially designed to capture all dust generated during the process, ensuring a clean working environment.
