It adopts special design of screw & barrel, Mould and extruder of wood plastic products.
The WPC products can be produced by two step Extrusion Machine, or pelletzing first then through extrusion machine, it will save power and place, it has some feature: high plastication, and good mixing. Optimized screw design have small cutting strength, and it is not easy to cut wood fibre, the material will be uniformally staying in the extruder.
This extrusion line can produce PE/PP or PVC WPC profile products. Main application is for wood tray, indoors &outdoors floor, outside decoration etc.

Introduction of small copper cable granulator
Our small copper cable granulator is designed for efficient recycling of various scrap communication wires and cables, including copper wire, aluminum wire, telephone wire, USB wire, computer wire, waste automobile wire, and other miscellaneous wires with a diameter ranging from 0.2 to 20mm. It ensures a copper separation rate of over 95%. This machine can process single-core, double-core, and multi-core cables, whether twisted or tangled, with or without plugs. The maximum diameter for double-core and multi-core cables is 20mm, while the minimum diameter for single-core wires should be 0.2mm.
The copper granulator consists of the grinding host machine, air flow sorting and collecting system, shaking parts, and a final dust collection bag or cyclone. It is a combination structure that operates using a dry production method without water, providing an environmentally friendly way to recycle scrap wire copper.
Our copper wire granulator production line includes:
1. Pre-shredder
It crushes raw materials before the second crushing process.
2. Second Crushing
This is a crucial step before separation, where the materials are crushed into smaller pieces of 3-5mm.
3. Copper and Plastic Separation
The entire process primarily uses air separation assisted by vibrating separation.
4. Dust Collecting System
A specially designed dust collecting system is used to capture all the dust generated during the process.
