1. Sheet Applications:
The product sheet is widely used in optical, home appliances, construction, decoration, furniture, advertising, handicrafts, and other industrial and civilian industries. The multi-layer co-extruding sheet and plate line can produce various compound sheets and plates such as PP/EVA/EVOH/PP; PP/PE/PS; PMMA/ABS, etc. Multi-layer co-extruding sheets and plates are commonly used in food packaging, drink containers, jelly, cosmetics, and other household products.

2. Sheet Extrusion Line:

**Extruder:** Appropriate single-screw extruder (with or without exhaust) should be selected based on the material. A specially designed screw and an advanced temperature control system ensure good plasticization, high output, and stable extrusion.

**Screen Changer and Mould:**The hydraulic quick screen changer ensures a short screen change time without material leakage. The mold structure should be reasonably chosen according to the material, and clothes-rack type molds are widely accepted to regulate flow distribution and ensure even thickness of plates (sheets).

 

**Three-Roller Calendaring Machine:**An inclined or vertical three-roller calendaring machine should be selected according to the thickness of the sheets. The temperature controller operates separately, and the gap between the three rollers can be adjusted freely. The central roller has a special angle adjustment design, ensuring excellent calendaring effects and even sheet thickness.

 

**Cooling Roller Bracket:**Equipped with guide rollers, the cooling effect is improved. Additionally, the edge shearing device ensures fixed sheet width and quality at the edges.

**Online Edge Cutting Device**, ensuring smooth and uniform sheet edges, and allowing the cutting waste to be reused for production.

**Online Crushing and Recycling Device for Cutting Waste**, which turns the waste into small flakes.

**Haul-Off Device**

**Landscape Orientation Cutting Machine:

It features fixed-length cutting with precision less than 2mm and uses alloy blades or rigid alloy saw bits to ensure good cutting results and consistent performance.

 

**Winder**

It is a friction winder, and other forms can be supplied based on customer requirements.

 

**Auto Stacker**
