1. Sheet Applications:
These sheets are widely used in optical, home appliances, construction, decoration, furniture, advertising, handicrafts, and other industrial and civilian sectors. Multi-layer co-extruding sheet and plate lines can produce various compound materials such as PP/EVA/EVOH/PP; PP/PE/PS; PMMA/ABS, etc. Multi-layer co-extruding sheets and plates are commonly used in food packaging, drink containers, jelly, cosmetics, and other household products.

**Extruder:** Appropriate single-screw extruder (with or without exhaust) should be selected based on the material type. Specialized screw design and advanced temperature control system ensure good plasticization, high output, and stable extrusion.

**Screen Changer and Mold:**The hydraulic quick screen changer ensures a short screen change time without material leakage. The mold structure should be chosen based on the material, and clothes-rack-style molds are widely accepted to regulate flow distribution and ensure even thickness of the sheets.

**Three-Roller Calendaring Machine:**Inclined or vertical three-roller calendaring machines should be selected according to the thickness of the sheets. The temperature controller operates separately, and the gap between the three rollers can be adjusted freely. The central roller has a special angle regulation design, ensuring excellent calendaring effect and uniform sheet thickness.

**Cooling Roller Bracket:**Equipped with guide rollers, the cooling effect is improved. Additionally, the edge shearing device ensures fixed width and quality of the edges.
**Online Edge Cutting Device:**Ensures smooth and uniform edges, and the cutting waste can be reused for production.
**Online Cutting Waste Crushing and Recycling Device:**Converts the cutting waste into small flakes.
**Haul-Off Device:**
Length-fixed cutting with precision less than 2mm, using alloy blades or rigid alloy saw bits to ensure good cutting performance and consistent stability.
