1. Sheet Applications:
These sheets are widely used in optical, home appliances, construction, decoration, furniture, advertising, and handicraft industries. The multi-layer co-extrusion line can produce various compound sheets such as PP/EVA/EVOH/PP; PP/PE/PS; PMMA/ABS, etc. These multi-layer sheets are commonly used in food packaging, drink containers, jelly, cosmetics, and other household products.

2. Sheet Extrusion Line:

**Extruder:** Appropriate single-screw extruder (with or without exhaust) should be selected based on the material. A specially designed screw and advanced temperature control system ensure good plasticization, high output, and stable extrusion.

**Screen Changer and Mould:**The quick hydraulic screen changer ensures short screen change time with no material leakage. The mold structure is chosen according to the material, and clothes-rack type molds are widely accepted to regulate flow distribution and ensure even thickness of plates (sheets).

 

**Three-Roller Calendaring Machine:**Inclined and vertical three-roller calendaring machines are chosen based on plate thickness. The temperature controller operates separately, and the gap between the three rollers can be adjusted freely. The central roller has a special angle adjustment design, ensuring excellent calendaring effects and even thickness of plates (sheets).

 

**Cooling Roller Bracket:**Equipped with guide rollers, the cooling effect is improved. Additionally, the edge shearing device ensures fixed width of plates (sheets) and edge quality.

**Online Edge Cutting Device**, ensuring smooth and uniform sheet edges, and cutting waste can be reused for production.

**Online Cutting Waste Crushing and Recycling Device** – it can turn cutting waste into small flakes.

**Haul-Off Device.**

**Landscape Orientation Cutting Machine:**

It features length-fixed cutting with precision less than 2mm and uses alloy blades or rigid alloy saw bits to ensure good cutting performance and consistent stability.

 

**Winder**

Friction winder or other forms can be supplied based on customer requirements.

 

**Auto Stacker**

**Electricity Control System:**

Siemens PLC touch screen computer control, Schneider contactor, ABB inverter, Temperature control table RKC or OMRON.
 

**Raw Material Drying Device**and Color Mixing Device.
