**Performance Features:**
The pipe end beveling machine is composed of a machine body, power unit, profile cutting mechanism, electric lifting mechanism, hydraulic unit, radial feed mechanism, axial feed mechanism, and electrical control system. The machine body is constructed from high-quality steel plates, ensuring a robust and impact-resistant structure. It is equipped with a top-brand Chinese electric motor, and the operator panel supports both Chinese and English languages for ease of use.
The machine is designed for on-line performance, making it ideal for integration into production lines. Its beveling efficiency is less than or equal to 3 minutes per pipe (for DN200 SCH80, V-type bevel). The beveling process involves cutting off the pipe using other equipment such as a band saw machine, followed by machining the bevel for each individual pipe.
The quality of the bevel is excellent, with a surface finish that meets high standards. The perpendicularity error after beveling for pipes with diameters ranging from φ325 to φ630 is within ≤1.0mm. This machine is particularly suitable for heavy wall thickness pipes, including SS, AS, and others, capable of processing U, V, and double V-type bevels. It has passed the CE certification, ensuring compliance with international safety and quality standards.
