Germany implements strict supervision and management of foods in the market, including imported foods, and has established a complete food safety system, including a food packaging labeling system, a food traceability system, and a market access system. Food packaging labeling system means that in accordance with the food labeling regulations, the manufacturer, production process, place of production and company name, food composition, production date and shelf life, certification label, etc. must be indicated in the packaging label; food traceability system refers to the food information traceability system or food The continuity of the information flow protection system at each stage, when necessary, can be traced back to historical information in order to identify the cause of the problem. Food traceability begins with the purchase of raw materials and runs through all aspects of production, distribution, and consumption. Market access includes two aspects: First, foreign products enter the German market, and all food produced outside the European Union enters Germany. EU borders are subject to quarantine inspections in accordance with relevant regulations, and re-inspection is required when entering Germany. If it is found that the problem cannot be dealt with, it must be destroyed on the spot. The second is that domestic products enter the market, they must implement a licensing system for food production and processing companies, carry out inspection systems for food products, and conduct certification management of food products entering the market.

In the first three quarters of 2014, 253 batches of German foods were exported from Ningbo, with a value of 10.58 million US dollars. The main products are canned oranges, frozen frozen soybeans, rice wine, candy, roasted wolfberry and other deep-processed foods. To this end, it reminds food exporting companies to further pay attention to and learn from Germany's new food labelling law, strengthen communication with foreign customers and inspection and quarantine departments, keep abreast of the latest developments in German labeling standards, and take appropriate measures to avoid labeling.
