XH-BF-17 centrifugal exhaust fan is used for burning various types of coal with a smoke and dust removal device for industrial boilers ranging from 1 ton/h to 20 tons/h. If the intake conditions are comparable, similar performance can be used, but the maximum temperature should not exceed 250°C. The induced draft fan must be installed before the dust removal device, which has an efficiency of at least 85%, to reduce the dust content in the flue gas entering the fan, thereby improving the fan's lifespan.
The medium transported by the ventilator is air, with a maximum temperature not exceeding 80°C; for the induced draft fan, the medium is flue gas, with a maximum temperature not exceeding 250°C.
A dust removal device must be installed in front of the fan to minimize the amount of dust entering the fan. According to the usage of general power plants, the efficiency of the equipped dust collector should not be less than 85%.
Notes: When you want to use this series of fans to transport gases that are flammable, explosive, corrosive, or have a temperature above 80°C, we will design and manufacture them specifically for you before your order.
