BASF (China) Co., Ltd. and other companies received the most outstanding multinational company award in the “Eleventh Five-Year†period. China Shenhua Coal-to-oil Chemical Co., Ltd., Datang Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. and other companies won the “Eleventh Five-Year†Award for outstanding coal chemical engineering. Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum (Group) Co., Ltd., China Petroleum Jilin Petrochemical Company and other enterprises won the “Eleventh Five-Year†most social responsibility enterprise award, and PetroChina Ningxia Petrochemical Company and other enterprises received the 2010 Outstanding Low Carbon Contribution Award.
Zhang Shichang, director of Ashland High Performance Materials Asia Pacific, and Shen Hao, chairman of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum (Group) Co., Ltd., won the “Eleventh Five-Year†chemical man.
The 2011 China Green Chemical Special Action was also officially launched. The theme of this year's event is “Chemistry: Contributions and Responsibilitiesâ€.
