1. Application
The TSE-75 Co-rotating twin screw plastic extruder is ideal for a wide range of masterbatches and compound materials. It is suitable for:
- Intensified Compounds: PP, PA, PBT, ABS, AS, PC, POM, PPS, ETP + glass fiber, carbon fiber, etc.
- Filling Masterbatch: PE, PP, EVA + CaCO3, Talc, TiO2, Carbon Black, etc.
- Color Masterbatch: PE, ABS, PS, EVA, PET, PP + pigment, etc.
- Other Materials: TPR, TPE, TPU, EVA, PVC
- Various Cables: HDPE, LDPE, LLPE, EVA, PVC, PP, etc.
2. Features
The screw is manufactured from high-quality tool steel (38 CrMoALA or W6Mo5Cr4V2) with special heat treatment, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and performance. The Euro-style rectangular barrel features an optimized reflux cooling channel, reducing temperature differences in critical areas.
An innovative heater tightening design ensures efficient heat transfer and long-lasting heater life. The material used is high-quality nitrided steel, which is resistant to corrosion and friction.
The machine comes with various metering feeders, including single screw, twin screw, hollow screw, forced feeding, and side feeding. The new parallel three-axis drive system integrates the conveying axis, chain, deceleration, and torque, making the unit compact and reliable. Key bearings are imported for superior performance.
Soaking and spray lubrication systems work seamlessly together. Tooth face strengthening technology ensures high torque, precision, and low noise levels. High-quality drive components, such as super alloy cementite steel, are used and processed through cementation and grinding.
The control cabinet has a frame structure, and all electrical elements, temperature control systems, and driving systems are imported. The system includes interlock and multi-protection functions, with an imported PLC (OMRON or SIMES) for optimized process control. The touch screen interface is user-friendly and easy to operate.
3. Pelletizing Line
- Water Ring Pelletizing Line: High-speed mixer → Screw loader → Twin screw extruder → Water ring pelletizing line
- Plastic Process: PE + filler (Carbon black, TiO2, CaCO3, etc.) ; TPR, TPE, etc.
- Twin Screw Underwater Pelletizing Line: High-speed mixer → Screw loader → Twin screw extruder → Underwater pelletizing line
- Plastic Process: TPU, TPE, TPR, EVA
- Water Strand Pelletizing Line: Mixer → Screw loader → Twin screw extruder → Water strand pelletizing line
- Plastic Process: PVC, PP, PE, PS, PA, PET, ABS, EVA + pigment, glass fiber, etc.
