1. Vibrating fluidized bed drying equipment: A spring is installed on the fluidized bed housing, and the motor can be vibrated by rotating the motor. The first half of the fluidized bed is the drying section. The air heated by the steam enters the bed from the bottom of the bed. The second half is the cooling section. The air passes through the filter and is sent to the bed by the fan. During work, the material enters the front of the fluidized bed through the feeder. Under the action of fluidized bed vibration and under-bed airflow, the material moves at a uniform speed along the bed, and is heated and dried at the same time, followed by cooling, and the final product is discharged through the discharge port.
2. Spouted bed drying equipment: It consists of spouted bed, fan, air heater, cyclone separator and so on. The spouted bed is cylindrical and the lower part is conical. In operation, the wet material enters the spouted bed through the screw feeder. The air is heated by a blower and a heating furnace. The butterfly valve enters the material layer at a high speed from the bottom of the cone, and a part of the material is punched up to move upwards to form a central passage to the top of the bed like a fountain. It is sprayed from the center to the surrounding area. Scattered to the bottom of the cone and then uplifted by updraft jets, so that the cycle of spraying, to dry, after the bottom of the discharge valve, release the finished material. Then dry the next batch of material.
