Motor Copper Wire Recycling Machine Processing Procedures:
  1. Wires and cables are fed into the crusher, where they are broken down and the copper is separated from the plastic sheath. The size of the crushed material depends on the mesh size of the sieve, with larger meshes producing longer pieces and higher output. The appropriate mesh should be selected based on the type of material being processed.
  2. The resulting mixture of copper granules and plastic pieces is conveyed to the separator. During this step, dust and lightweight plastic fragments (such as fibers, ropes, or tapes) are collected by the pressure-reducing blower. This blower is connected to a dust collector equipped with a dust collection bag, preventing environmental pollution. When the bag is full, the collected dust and debris can be removed.
  3. The vibrating separator uses differences in physical properties and specific gravity between materials to separate copper granules and plastic pieces. By adjusting the speed of material movement and vibration amplitude, copper granules (with higher specific gravity) move to the bottom and upward, while lighter plastic pieces move to the top and downward. Both materials are then discharged through different outlets.
  4. All components are mounted on the underbed, forming a compact unit. The machine is pre-adjusted before shipping, so the customer only needs to connect it to the power supply for immediate use.
