The LSW-120 induction heating machine is built around IGBT series parallel induction heating technology. It ensures that the surface and internal temperatures of the workpiece are approximately equal through electromagnetic induction and heat conduction. This device operates on the principle of magnetic induction heating. The oscillation frequency selection depends on the diameter of the workpiece; the larger the diameter, the lower the required frequency. Similarly, wattage selection is based on the size of the workpiece or the desired efficiency level.

(1) The leaf spring heating coil production line uses advanced IGBT medium frequency induction heating technology, suitable for various heavy vehicles, light vehicles, trailers, and other series of leaf springs. (2) Through the transmission mechanism, the steel plate is heated uniformly through the heating coils, reaching 900-1000 degrees Celsius continuously, meeting the requirements for rolling and punching operations.
