First Crusher – Conveyor – Second Shredder and Electrical Control Cabinet – Separator and Dust Collector
1. This machine is used to recycle scrapped copper wires and cables such as automobile wires, telecommunication wires, and various types of copper wires to recover valuable copper.
2. It consists of a Crusher, Crushed Material Channel, Vibrating Separator, Air Blower, Dust Collector, and Underbed.
3. The Copper Wire Cable Granulator is ideal for processing all types of copper wires and cables, including those that cannot be processed by traditional stripping machines.


High Efficiency Copper Wire Granulating Machine Working Principle:
1. The first crusher in the recycling plant crushes the wires/cables into 10-20mm lengths.
2. The crushed material is then conveyed to the second crusher, which further reduces it into 3-5mm plastic pieces and copper granules.
3. The mixture is sent to the vibration system, where airflow and vibration separate the plastic from the copper granules thoroughly.
4. The copper granules and plastic pieces exit through different outlets, while dust is collected via the dust collector through the air duct.

 3. Is the machine easy to operate? How many workers are required to operate it? 
We have designed a precise yet simple control system. For a single recycling machine, only one worker is needed. For a complete recycling line, two workers are required.
