A: The machines will be ready for delivery within 45 days from the date of receiving the deposit/LC, excluding the time for waiting for shipment. If there is any delay caused by the seller, 0.3% of the total amount will be charged per day, but not exceeding the deposit amount. If the delay is due to the buyer, 0.3% of the total amount will be charged per day, but not exceeding 10% of the machine value.

Q: Guarantee period:

A: The warranty period is twelve months from the date of commissioning, or up to twenty-four months from the date of leaving the factory. Quick-wear parts are not covered under warranty.
