A: 30% deposit via TT, balance paid via TT or L/C at sight before machines leave the factory. 100% irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.

Q: Time for preparation of goods:

A: Machines will be ready for delivery within 45 days from the date of receiving the deposit/LC, excluding the time for waiting for shipment. If there is any delay caused by the seller, 0.3% of the total amount will be charged daily, but not exceeding the deposit. If the delay is due to the buyer, 0.3% of the total amount will be charged daily, but not exceeding 10% of the machine’s value.

Q: Guarantee period:

A: The guarantee period is twelve months from the date of commissioning, but does not exceed twenty-four months after the machines leave the factory. Quick-wear parts are not covered under warranty.
