This results in a stable, uniform solution or emulsion with improved texture, appearance, and shelf life.

1)Low Noise: The transmission noise is lower than the motor noise. The pressure gauge pointer is stable, with a swing range less than 2 MPa.
2) The crushing particle size ranges from 0.1 to 0.2 microns, with an average size ≤ 1 micron.
3)The sealing material operates under temperatures below 150°C, and the parts that come into contact with the product are made of stainless steel, which is resistant to acids and alkalis. All valves and plungers are made of special materials, making them durable and cost-effective. The bearings are also durable due to their special alloy composition, which becomes harder with increased friction.
4) The lubrication system is reliable. Oil needs to be changed only once after 800 to 1000 hours of operation, and then every year afterward.
5) The higher the pressure, the finer the material, and the more uniform the particle size. Models up to 30 MPa are mainly used for liquid-liquid emulsification. At pressures above 30 MPa, the pump is effective for liquid-solid dispersion, achieving particle sizes below 2 μm. At 80 MPa, the effect is even more pronounced, especially for ultrafine particles. For pressures above 100 MPa, even finer particles (0.1–0.5 μm) can be produced, resulting in no-grain materials after repeated high-pressure homogenization.
