1. Pellets from in-house, post-industrial recycling
Post-industrial waste often accounts for 5% or more of the entire production line, making in-house recycling a crucial process that significantly lowers the cost of purchasing raw materials. The plastic pellets generated from in-house waste are nearly as good as new and can be reused to produce high-quality plastic products again.

2. Pellets from post-consumer recycling
The ML two-stage plastic recycling granulator is also designed to handle washed, post-consumer, and used agricultural films. The cutter compactor generates frictional heat during the compacting process, which helps dry and remove moisture from the washed film flakes (processed first by washing lines). These recycled pellets can be used in extrusion processes, either as 100% replacement (such as garbage bags or LDPE pipe production) or mixed with other materials to reduce raw material costs. Quality can also be improved through direct dosing of masterbatch and additives.
