Valve Cutting Machine is used for cut off stem of engine valve to control the total length of engine valve. Ranging from Stem diameter 4.5 mm to 13 mm, Head diameter from 17 mm to 65 mm, Length from 70 mm to 220 mm. Our equipment is continually upgraded with the latest technologies in processing engine valve. Proving processing efficiency, ruducing labor intensity and save cost with automated engine valve production line.

Loading & Unloading mechanism 
1) With automatic loading & unloading mechanism.
2) The rest action should be carried out with grinding at the same time except for loading & unloading.
3) The frame should be meet different size valve and easy to adjust.
4) The loading & unloading mechanism has proper protection and safety measures and don't prevent the operatot from changing the fixture, grinding wheel and other operation.
5) With water recovery apparatus device at the blanking way to prevent the fluid from leaking.
6) When the loading & unloading mechanism is out of order, no material or full on frame, the alarm shall be ring and the cycle will be stop automatically.

Q: What is the capacity of engine valve production Line ?
The standard capacity of engine valve is 3500~4000 pieces/8 hours two shaft one day is allowed 7000~ 8000 pieces/2 shaft ( the real capacity is up to the size of engine valve ).

Q: How many people are needed from raw material to ready valve?
We will provide complete engine valve production line from raw material to ready valve. We also provide technical support of manufacturing engine valve. 15~20 people is enough for this line if the staff are good at operation. 

Q: How long is the delivery?
After placing an order, When we receive down payment, it will take 3 month to finish

Q: For installation this line your people is needed or we can do by ourselves?
The purchaser can't install and commission this line. But we will assist the purchaser to install. the charges are paid by the purchaser.
