**Working Principle**
In the horizontal loading section, a deflection wheel bends the belt to allow material to be loaded onto the belt via a hopper, chute, or feeding pulley. The belt is supported by impact idlers during this process. The vertical section then smoothly transitions into the horizontal discharge area using a series of precision pulleys that manage the change in direction. At the drive pulley, the material is discharged, and the belt returns along the return strand. A beater wheel may be installed on the return side to clean the belt, ensuring efficient operation and reducing contamination.
