That also preserve sole and unnamed growth factor, which is a very good feed attractant, and improve growth; it is a premium animal protein, attractant and nutrition. The Enzymatic Soluble Paste could improve farm benefit in terms of increasing growth speed and reducing food coefficient.
Use Falling Film Flash Evaporator to concentrate protein water to soluble at 20% solid with waste vapor from Dryer or live steam. Afterward, the soluble will be transported to reactor for enzymolysis process. Increase temperature to destroy enzyme after enzymolysis ends. At last, keep concentration process until its solid reach 55%. This is the finished enzymatic soluble paste.
