Our trailer chassis is designed to transport mobile equipment and facilities, converting them into specialized trailers for pumping stations, power plants, communications, fuel, maintenance, medical, fire, rescue, and more. These units can also be used for general cargo and weapon equipment transportation. Available in uniaxial, biaxial, and other types, with inertia or pneumatic braking systems. Load capacity ranges from 600kg to 10,000kg. We can customize the trailer based on customer requirements.

Scope of Supply:
1. Brand new engine and brushless AVR controlled alternator
2. Set mounted Smartgen Auto Controller
3. MCCB (Circuit Breaker), Emergency stop button, low oil pressure shutdown, high engine temperature shutdown
4. Rubber anti-vibration mounts and skid baseframe with a 6-8 hour integral fuel tank
5. Genset equipped with battery charger, 24V high-performance lead-acid starting batteries, and cables
6. Industrial silencer and flexible exhaust hose
7. Fan and closed-circuit cooled radiator (40°C)
8. Filtering systems including air filter, fuel filter, and oil filter
9. Relevant documents (testing report, diagram, operation/maintenance manual, spare parts manuals) for engine and alternator

Warranty: The goods are under warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months or 1000 hours, whichever comes first from the date of delivery to the end user (excluding damageable spare parts caused by incorrect man-made operation). This warranty is backed by the engine and alternator suppliers.
