EOS waste oil distillation plant is a newly developed product which combines dozens of our latest technologies. It is applied to treat used engine oil, heavy fuel oil, tire pyrolysis oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil, transmission oil etc. It is able to rapidly extract light and heavy distillates from different fractions by given different temperatures control along with our own formulated catalyst compound. It can also remove the Metallic Compound, Base Nitrogen, Sulfur etc. from distilled oil during Re-refining process. The end product after distillation could be adjusted into either new base oil or diesel fuel according to the customer demands.
EOS Waste Oil Distillation Plant adopts our exclusive patent Full-Bridge Rectification & Electromagnetic Eddy Current Heating technologies, combines with our unique Macromolecular Bubbling decoloration and Membrane Crystallization Separation patents. The entire plant applies the pure physical working principle, even heating and self-balancing flow, it has no damaging of oil substances.

Working principle
Working principle
The waste oil is pre-treated by our oil filtration machine TYA to remove the mechanical particles & impurities, then pumped into pre-distillation kettle, add the catalytic, blend and heat, then the oil was pumped into main distillation kettle (there are several stages inside of the distillation tower), heat and distillation, we get gasoline, diesel fuel and base oil separately, then the oil vapor come into cooling system and cooled down to liquid oil (diesel/base oil), some vapor which not cooled will come to furnace system to burn. Â
The EOS series machine is composed of the following systems:
 A. Pre-treatment System (pre-heat & distillation system), remove particles and water content. B. Catalyst system: Catalyst Reactor, blender; C. Distillation system: distilling tower, distilling kettle, heater unit, circle pump; D. Cooling system: refrigerating machine, water pump, water tank, cooler, Condenser; E. Degasification and water purification system: clean the waste gas from oil during process F. Vacuum System: depends on actual need (normal pressure & negative pressure). G. Oil storage tanks: one for waste oil and one for cleaned oil (optional) H. Controlling system: all kinds of gauge (vacuum gauge, pressure gauge etc.), temperature controlling system and electrical controlling system. I. Exhaust gas processing system J. Oil Discoloring system : with special discolor additives to polish the oil color (color from 1 to 5 can be adjustable depends on your needs) K. Oil Blending machine: for mix base oil with additives to get lubricating oil (optional)
