Cement silo ( in piece ) & 6m screw conveyor User can choose 100T or 60T cement silo , in order to deliver by container to customer , our cement silo is seperate , and it is very easy to install & save more cost . PLD1200 Batching machine User uses the wheel loader to put the raw material into the hopper , user can choose three hoppers or two hoppers bacthing machine ,according to raw material kinds, and this batching machine is controlled by weighting system which is can be operated by one worker,who can operate the mixer at the same time . Concrete Mixer & Cement scale Mixing process: the raw materials wil be mixed in this machine ,and water will aslo be needed , in order to give the right moisture before bricks come out. QT8-15 brick machine PLC:Programmable logic controller,we choose original Mitsubishi PLC/ Siemens PLC combine with independently develop machine control program , assure stable and high-efficiency working status. Material and welding: all material and spare parts selected according international CE standard , Carbon dioxide protection welding will assure whole line stable running . 360°Scatter mix , which greatly improves the density and intensity of the blocks . Hydraulic System: hydraulic spare parts be ordered according our block machine characteristics from Taiwan. Stacker machine Usually four layers of fresh bricks can be stacked together and transport to other place by forklift for dry.
