Failure and Countermeasures:
1, electrostatic spray paint pump pump does not work:
  electric control part; should check the line.
  electrostatic painting pump paint pump cleaning is not clean; gear and spindle stuck than paint; should be good cleaning electrostatic spray pump paint pump main and spindle, and then installed.
   motor and pump a coupling back to loose; tighten the coupling.
2, electrostatic spray paint pump paint pump is not on the paint:
   Seal is bad, no seal; should rotate the spindle and replace the oil seal.
   joint tubing wear; should be cut off the bad part of the new tubing connected.
   tubing blockage, depending on the severity of the situation, ranging from gas blowing; re-replacement of tubing.
   the atomizer outlet has been blocked; the oil nozzle at the paint clean up.
   gear pump has been worn, should return to the company maintenance or retirement.

Note: If a sudden power failure, should immediately use the air to clean the oil pump and tubing inside the oil; in the manual filling diluent to the tubing, cleaning pumps, tubing, atomizer. In serious cases, it is necessary to disassemble and clean.
